- The maximum speed allowed in the marina of MKG is 5 km / h. - It is forbidden for sailboats to navigate other than with a motor in the marina. - All boats in motion have the right of way over a boat getting ready to leave his position. - No hazardous materials such as flammable liquid, oily water or alcohol can be discharged into the basin of the marina MKG - Waste must be placed in bins defined for this purpose. - Fires are not permitted on the premises, including on docks. - Children should never be left unattended on the docks and without PFDs. - It is forbidden to swim and dive in the environment of the marina MKG - The use of generators is not permitted in the marina. - Scraping, painting, refueling, or repair of boats will not be tolerated in the marina. - Repairs to an engine requiring frequent start up or handling of hazardous materials must be carried out near the boat ramp. - The use of loud speakers, sirens or horns is prohibited within the port, unless necessary for navigation. - Radios and televisions are allowed provided that their use does not disturb the tranquility of the neighbors in the marina. - No trailer or cradle shall be tolerated as seasonal storage on the marina grounds. - A booking fee will be charged for any cancelled reservation (equivalent of the first night). All refunds must be accompanied by a minimum notice of five days. - The lease is for the sole use of a slip. The lessee, in addition to supporting all the risks inherent in the use of his slip, is responsible for expenses, losses or claims and lawsuits arising from injuries suffered or caused in any incorrect operation of his boat. Contracts will be terminated in the following cases: A: If the tenant, a member of its crew or one of his guests perform acts derogatory to these regulations or that their conduct is likely to cause injury or harm to the reputation of MKG B: Destruction of mooring facilities. C: The sale of the vessel designated in the contract. D: Failure or breach of contract or regulations. - In case of termination or in case of emergency, MKG and its employees reserve the right to remove the vessel's port anchor, at the risk and expense of the tenant. - The MKG and its employees are not responsable for any injury or death suffered by the tenant, his family or any guest, and any damage caused to property in possession of the tenant, his family and guests . - The tenant must provide proof that he holds an insurance liability for damage to others and show proof when paying rental. - The tenant must provide their own equipment necessary for docking his boat. - The tenant may not sublet his slip or move his boat from one position to another without first obtaining permission from the administration of MKG. - For logistic purposes, the tenant accepts
to discuss an agreement with the administration of MKG for any possible
change of slip location.
